Silchester Virtual Office Solutions is a virtual office service providing office support, personal assistance, secretarial and administrative services remotely to individuals and small businesses. Sometimes it is not possible for the client to work remotely, and work within their business offices can also be arranged.
Our virtual assistants are skilled and experienced, and provide a number of administrative services depending on your business needs.
It may be that you need an assistant to provide full office services, or just someone to answer the telephone while you visit clients or take time out for yourself. Our VA’s provide the same connectivity and reliability of a traditional office assistant, but without the sick days, salary and pension requirements and physical space that a typical extra member of staff would take.
You may not have the time to source a new member of staff, or the office space and equipment to house them. S-VOS can help alleviate the problem of understaffing.
Virtual assistants are self-employed and work for you when you need them. You only pay for the time required to complete a specific job, or perform a task. We work from our own office and use our own equipment. Communication is via telephone, fax, post and email. Arrangements can be made for collection and delivery of projects to and from your offices to ours.
